Life is asking us to evolve, and to let go of old ways of functioning.
I’ve been noticing this in my own life, and in the lives of the women I work with…
It’s like the things that used to feel so right are now feeling uncomfortable – like wearing clothes that don’t quite fit anymore.
Things that once brought safety and fulfillment are starting to feel limiting.
The work, the habits, the routines we used to rely on… they’re not energizing us the way they once did.
And we can feel the shift, even if we can’t fully explain it.
There’s this quiet stirring that something deeper is trying to move.
A call toward more honesty with ourselves.
An invitation to evaluate “what’s working” and “what’s no longer working for me?”
Stepping toward that truth can feel messy though, and sometimes sh*t gets real…
And when that shift starts to happen, it’s uncomfortable.
It’s the messy middle – the space between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.
Part of you knows it’s time to let go.
Part of you still clings to the familiar…
What if I change everything and it doesn’t work out?
What if I fail?
What if I’m not ready?
There’s fear there.
There’s grief there too.
Because letting go of what isn’t aligned also means letting go of the version of you who once needed it.
Here’s what’s helped me through this transition:
I ask myself…
What doesn’t resonate anymore?
What am I no longer willing to tolerate?
What are my non-negotiables for happiness and freedom?
That clarity doesn’t require you to have the whole future mapped out.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s next.
You just need to know what’s done.
You just need to be honest about what’s leaving your field.
This is how we raise our standards.
This is how we become a match for the life we are actually meant to live.
And while the mind tries to manage every detail, the truth is simple:
Your #1 responsibility is your internal state.
Regulating your nervous system.
Caring for your body.
Listening to your soul.
That is non-negotiable.
Because when you shift on the inside…
your entire outer world catches up.
If you’re in that transition right now – trust that if it’s coming UP, it’s coming OUT.
You’re upgrading into a reality that can hold all of you and your desires.
I’m right here with you.
One breath, one brave step at a time.
All my love,
Lauren
