If you’ve been feeling unclear about your message, your direction, or what you even want to say right now – you’re not alone…

There’s an experience that so many of us go through but rarely talk about openly…

It’s this sense of not knowing.

Not knowing exactly what you want to say. Not knowing what direction you’re heading. Not knowing how to articulate the thing inside you that’s trying to emerge.

In the online space especially, there’s this unspoken assumption that we’re supposed to be clear. That if we’re doing it right, we’ll always know our message, our mission, our next move. And if we don’t have that clarity… something must be wrong with us.

But here’s what I’ve been remembering:

Creation begins in darkness.

Every new thing that wants to come through us has to travel through a season of not knowing first. That’s the portal. That’s the cocoon. That’s where the real refinement happens – even when it feels like nothing is happening at all.

The Questions I’ve Been Sitting With

I’ve been in this myself lately.

As I’m stepping into promoting my deep mentorship container – something I’ve been running for years – I find myself asking questions I didn’t expect to be asking…

What is the depth that’s wanting to emerge now?

What is the message I truly want to speak to?

What do I actually want to stand for in this next season?

And honestly? I don’t have all the answers yet.

There are moments when I look around at other people’s content and feel like everyone else has it figured out. Their messaging seems so clear. So polished. So certain.

And the old part of me wants to make that mean something is wrong with me.

But here’s what I’m learning…

That feeling – when you look at someone else’s expression and feel like yours doesn’t measure up – it’s not always comparison. Sometimes it’s an intuition of your own potential.

Sometimes it’s showing you that something inside you is ready to rise. That you’re craving a deeper creative expression. That you want to build something more elevated, more refined, more you – and the discomfort you’re feeling is just the gap between where you are and where you’re headed.

Getting Curious Instead of Critical

This season has been asking me to get curious instead of critical.

Instead of saying, “I don’t know what I want to say, and that’s bad,” I’ve been asking, “What does want to be expressed through me right now?”

Instead of forcing clarity before it’s ready, I’ve been letting myself sit in the questions.

Because I think this is the medicine of this time of year.

We’ve been shedding so much. Releasing layers. Letting old versions of ourselves complete their cycle. And now we’re in this in-between space – the portal of emptiness that comes right before something new begins.

It can feel disorienting. Like you’re floating without a clear direction.

But I’m starting to see it differently..

The Space Before the New

And I know how tempting it is to want to have everything figured out before the new year. To feel ready. To feel certain. To have the plan locked in.

But what if it’s okay to not know yet?

What if this season of questions is exactly what’s supposed to be happening – because big things are coming, and they need space to form?

The most powerful creations don’t come from forcing clarity. They come from allowing it. From trusting the process even when it feels like you’re wandering in the dark.

So if you’ve been feeling this way too babe, just remember –

You’re not alone.

You’re not messing it all up.

You might just be in the cocoon.

And something beautiful is taking shape, even if you can’t see it yet.

Releasing the Need to Know

Notice where you’ve been holding tension around needing to “figure it out.”

Place a hand on your belly and take a few slow breaths, channeling love into this uncertain part of you. See what is there with curiosity and compassion. Your body doesn’t need you to have all the answers right now – it just needs you to stay present with what is.

Letting What Wants to Emerge Come Through

Instead of asking “what should I do?” try asking “what wants to emerge?”

Sit with that question without rushing to answer it. Sometimes the soul speaks in whispers, and we have to slow down enough to hear what’s trying to come through. The clarity you’re seeking might not come through thinking harder – it might come through listening deeper.

Giving Yourself Permission to Refine

Give yourself permission to be in a season of refinement.

You don’t have to have your entire 2026 strategy mapped out right now. Trust that the clarity will come – and in the meantime, let yourself get curious about what’s shifting inside you. That curiosity is often where your next level lives.
