Hi love,
Lately I’ve been moving through one of those seasons where life starts rearranging you from the inside out..
Do you feel it too?
The kind of season where the things that once felt solid and aligned start to feel different… not wrong, just.. Not inspiring. No longer flowing. Almost like there’s something in the wind whispering, there’s more for you now…
I’ve always been one to try to hold it all together – the structures, the plans, the old rhythms of how I’ve always done things. But I’ve learned that the moment we feel that quiet tug toward something new, the old way starts to lose its resonance. Not because it’s always been misaligned, but because we’ve outgrown it.
I’ve been sitting with that reflection lately.
How easily we can associate routine with safety.
How quickly we can start believing that the familiar is the only path we can trust..
But the body always knows. The spirit always knows. And eventually, life finds a way to show us that we can’t keep moving the same way when our internal world has changed.
There’s grief in that realization for SURE… letting go of what used to work, releasing identities that once felt so aligned, softening into the unknown.
But there’s also this quiet beauty that lives inside those moments… the reminder that what’s falling away is simply making room for what’s more true to who we have become.
I’m learning to listen differently now. Perhaps you are as well.
I’m learning to let my movement be guided not by fear or numbers or timelines, but by what feels most alive in my soul.
To build and create from devotion instead of pressure.
To trust that following what’s real for me will always lead exactly where it’s meant to.
And if you’ve been feeling that too – like something in your world is asking for a shift, but you’re not sure how to honor it… you’re not alone. I’m walking through that space with you, as are SO many people I’ve been hearing from in the community.
What’s been helping me most is remembering that every season of change is something we’ve called in, even if we don’t realize it at first.
These moments are never random – they’re invitations to meet ourselves more deeply, to refine what truly matters, and to come home to what we actually want.
So if you’re standing at that edge right now… trust it.
Lean in, see what’s there for you…
You don’t have to know the whole path either. Just the next, most self-loving step.
With love and faith in your unfolding,
Lauren
