I’ve been thinking a lot about the way desire, timing, and manifestation actually unfold… especially in the seasons when things don’t go the way we thought they would.

And I want to share a story from my own journey that has stayed with me for years.

About five or six years ago, I had this huge desire to play bigger.
Create bigger.
Manifest bigger.

So I set this very specific goal for myself:
I was going to hit a $2 million year.

I had just come off a $700,000 year and thought,
“I’m right there. Next year I’ll hit two million.”

But instead of expanding, everything collapsed.

My business crashed.
I burned out.
Everything tightened.
And my revenue didn’t grow – it dropped all the way down to around $300,000.

I moved farther away from my goal than I ever imagined.

And that collapse brought up everything:

The feeling of being a failure.
The belief that maybe I wasn’t good enough.
The pain of wanting something so deeply and watching it slip farther away.

That moment became the doorway into my healing journey 0 the season where I stepped back and asked myself:

What am I doing?
Why isn’t anything working?
Why do I feel like I’m constantly getting in my own way?

I took nearly a year off to unravel those questions.

The Year Everything Changed

When I eventually came back to my business, something inside me was very clear:
I was done chasing milestones.

I detached from the monetary goal completely.
And the moment I did that, my revenue tripled.

The success didn’t come from pushing harder.
It came from embodiment.
From healing.
From releasing the grip I had around how things were “supposed” to unfold.

Then, about two years ago, I started feeling a new wave of soul-level desires:

I want to create an app.
I want to redesign my website.
I want to write a book.
I want to build an international podcast.

These weren’t ego-driven goals.
They were genuine desires coming through my field.

But desire naturally brings attachment – and this time, the universe didn’t collapse anything.
It simply asked me to wait.

What I didn’t realize then, but can see clearly now, is that the past two years were the timeline adjusting itself.

I had to heal old patterns.
I had to deepen my embodiment as a feminine leader.
I had to align with the right team, the right support, the right production partners, the right structure.

Everything had to reconfigure.

Because manifestation doesn’t always mean “bring me the thing.”

Sometimes it means:

Build the foundation.
Heal the distortion.
Call in the support.
Shift the identity.
Strengthen the body.
Prepare the field.

Only then does it land.

Looking back now, I can see how the universe was orchestrating everything behind the scenes.
Every piece coming in… but only when the field was ready.

Two years later.

The Medicine of Divine Timing

So the medicine I want to offer you today is this:

When you set an intention or feel a desire in your field, the timeline starts immediately.
It is already happening.

You just might not see the physical evidence yet.
You might not see the movement.
You might even feel like you’re moving in the opposite direction.

But the universe is reorganizing your life.
Reconfiguring.
Shifting the internal and external pieces into place.
Preparing you to hold what you asked for.

Sometimes that takes a few months.
Sometimes it takes a few years.

But nothing is “not happening.”
Everything is happening –
just not always in the way the mind expects.

Reflections for the Week

Notice how your body feels when you’re attached to a specific timeline – the tightness in your chest, the shallow breath.
Slow down enough to feel what pace your body is actually available for.
That rhythm is the one your manifestations build themselves around.

When you feel impatient or “behind,” ask yourself:

“What might be reorganizing in my field right now that I can’t see yet?”

This question brings you back to trust instead of gripping.
Your desires didn’t choose you by accident — they are already on their way.

And in your business, remember:
Detach from the exact moment things are supposed to arrive.
Show up from inspiration, not urgency.
The more you root into your embodiment,
the more your work becomes a match for the opportunities you’re calling in.
